Our Journey

2014 saw us launch our first service line outside of Tax. Having become renowned experts within the world of tax, we expanded our team and our specialist knowledge and entered into the Audit, Risk & Compliance market.



2018 saw the exciting introduction of talent consulting - before the search.  Talent Consulting specifically to address the critical need; to better understand the talent market and ultimately to make more informed and successful hires.  Through our propriety talent evaluation tools, we provide intelligent insight on the market, to enable our clients to hire the best leaders and teams.

As a firm we champion diversity and assist our clients to deliver on their diversity and inclusion targets.  In 2016 we held our first Women in Tax networking event and have gone on to place numerous female senior hire across our service lines.  



We released our first market research publication, 'The Review', which provided a unique insight into lateral partner hires across the UK. The publication was met with such success that we broadened our research to reflect what was happening in the global market. The Review was the catalyst for our annual publication the 'Global 100' (amongst others), first published in 2017.
