The third edition to our taxation follows the same methodology as our two previous reports with the addition of the previous two years of data. This addition means that we can now examine trends across an aggregated total of 300 Partners moves over a three year period.

Our findings


2018 saw on average Partners received a 32% increase in compensation with those in the Asia Pacific region seeing the biggest uplift (42%) in comparison to their previous compensation.

Gender equality closed it's gap further this year with female hires accounting for 34% of all moves, a 4% and 12% improvement on the two previous years.
