Consultancy to Big 4 moves are the most common category of Partner moves identified in this year’s report, representing 21% of all moves recorded. Those choosing to remain within the Big 4 or leave the Big 4 for a Consultancy firm came in second at 14%.
44% of Partners that moved in 2018 had between 20 – 24 years of experience, and those with between 15 – 19 years of experience counting for 27% of global moves.
